Atenea follows a workflow designed to replicate and optimize the architectural process, dividing the design into five key CORES:

I. Context Core:

Atenea provides a complete analysis of the project, understanding regulations, restrictions, and specific needs to create an ideal framework before beginning the design.

II. Distribution Core: Zoning:

Based on defined parameters, Atenea generates thousands of possible zoning combinations, evaluating each option to select the most optimal and efficient configurations for the space.

III. Distribution Core:

In this stage, Atenea explores thousands of possibilities in the distribution of furniture and elements, maximizing the functionality and design of the space.

IV. Model Core:

Atenea converts 2D plans into high-precision 3D models, accelerating the modeling process and ensuring consistency between conceptual and construction designs.

V. Visual Core:

We generate deliverables such as dozens of renderings with realistic materials, print-ready floor plans, and even architectural videos, providing a comprehensive presentation for any project.

How does ATHENA work?

We designed a hypothetical residential building, over 400 square meters tall, located on Manhattan's iconic Billionaires Avenue, using artificial intelligence as the core of the creative process, using only ATENEA. This project explores the design possibilities on a plot with complex geometry, resulting in 240 unique apartment units. Each unit was designed from a catalog of alternating styles generated by our AIs, strategically selected according to specific spatial constraints.

The building's structure is freed from vertical loads thanks to structural cores and tension cables in the façade, allowing for a flexible, algorithmically optimized internal layout. Our approach prioritized stylistic expressiveness, employing our AIs as functional tools that provide precise initializations for optimization techniques, achieving sophisticated and efficient architectural designs. This process culminated in a "mosaic" of coherent styles, demonstrating AI's ability to encapsulate architectural and stylistic experience, harmonizing the technical with the experiential in each interior space.

This hypothetical experiment compares an architect's workflow in two scenarios: manual and assisted by our AI, to design a 200 m² home.

In the manual method:
5 zoning proposals are generated in 10 hours.

5 furniture layouts in 8 hours.
The model is modeled in Revit in 16 hours.

5 renderings are created in 8 hours.
And 5 videos are produced in 20 hours.

A total of 62 hours (approximately 8 business days).
In contrast, with our AI:

For zoning, 5 options are generated in 5 minutes.
For furniture, 5 alternatives in 5 minutes.

The modeling is completed in 5 minutes.
5 renderings are obtained in 5 minutes.

And 5 videos are produced in 15 minutes.

This integration optimizes time, improves efficiency, and enhances creativity, allowing the architect to focus on strategic decisions and the quality of the final design.

Atenea is an easy-to-integrate plugin for Revit. You just need to install it in your Revit platform and access all its features directly from the software interface. It's complemented by our CONTEXT AI, which provides complete project context, analyzing parameters such as regulations, client needs, and terrain characteristics. This allows Atenea to generate optimized and detailed solutions in record time.

Everything the AI ​​generates can be easily selected, filtered, modified, or edited according to your needs. This way, you can customize every aspect of the design, ensuring that the final result meets project objectives, all within Revit.

In a vertical housing project, Atenea allows the architect to generate multiple apartment layout configurations based on client requirements and regulations.
